Aburihan Al-Biruni

These ruins are located in the city of Pind Dadan Khan in Jhelum district of Punjab.  This ruin is not the laboratory of the famous 10th century scientist "Aburihan Al-Biruni".
Sitting in it, they estimated the total measurement of the earth using the peaks of these mountains.
According to al-Biruni, the diameter of the earth was 3928.77 km
Whereas according to the current latest calculation of NASA it is 3847.80 km.
That is a difference of only 81 km.
Al-Biruni was attached to the court of Mahmud Ghaznavi, came to Klarkahar with the Afghan army, the Afghans built this laboratory on the design of Al-Biruni.
It is the knowledge of our educational system that today, except for a few shepherds, no one visits this wonder.
Al-Biruni died in 1050 in Ghazni Afghanistan and is buried there.
